To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. The shipping address that the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to unless timely notification has been made to accommodate a change. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. In the event that a member of our team is unable to reach you, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Addiction Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses. 

Addiction Boutique is NOT responsible for unclaimed packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Addiction Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

Addiction Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED and you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

All orders are shipped in the order received excluding those designated as expedited.

Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. After orders are processed, please allow an up to an additional 2 business days for shipping confirmation and receipt of a tracking number. Just a reminder, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

Expedited Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for order processing, shipping confirmation, and receipt of tracking number.
