SHIPPING POLICY
Addiction Boutique is NOT responsible for unclaimed packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Addiction Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
Addiction Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED and you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
All orders are shipped in the order received excluding those designated as expedited.
Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. After orders are processed, please allow an up to an additional 2 business days for shipping confirmation and receipt of a tracking number. Just a reminder, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.
Expedited Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for order processing, shipping confirmation, and receipt of tracking number.
Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to customs charges by your native country.
