RETURN POLICY
UPDATED RETURN POLICY...PLEASE READ!!
All returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT minus shipping cost. Store credits never expire and are redeemable immediately.
In the event that you would like to return your purchase please send an email to Info.AddictionBoutique@yahoo.com to notify us of your return. Failure to make notification may result in delayed processing. Please include your order number. You may then return your item(s) to the following address:
The return of your item(s) is acknowledgement that that you have read and accept the following Return Policy:
- Items MUST be returned within 5 business days of delivery date.
- Items MUST unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
- Items MUST be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or odor.
- Items MUST be in clear protective packaging.
- Items purchased during a sale period, using a discount code (either automatically applied or manually inputted), or utilizing a store credit are FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
- Items purchased from the SALE TAB are FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
- THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE:
- Bodysuits (whether sold separately or sets containing bodysuits)
- White items
- Items returned not in accordance with the Return Policy will be returned to the customer. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be contacted for payment prior to the items being shipped.
- PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.
ALL ITEMS are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item notification must be made to us via email at Info.AddictionBoutique@yahoo.com within 2 business days of delivery. A member of our team will respond to you within 2 business days. If notification is not received in a timely manner store credit will not be issued.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days after your items are received.
Please include either the original packing slip or printed copy from your email. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your return. Please indicate the reason for return next to the item(s) being returned.
Please keep proof of your return as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. It is recommended that you return your packages via a trackable method and include insurance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges due to the inability to guarantee the availability of items.
